• Must be a career banker having experience of at least 20 years including minimum of 05 years at a senior level as Executive Vice President and above or equivalent in a Bank/ DFI. He/ She should have adequate knowledge, expertise and skill mix necessary to undertake responsibilities of the position effectively and prudently.
• Should be between 45 to 62 years of age.
• Should have minimum qualification of Graduation or equivalent. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics will be preferred. In case of foreign qualification, candidates have to submit an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan at the time of interview to validate that they possess the required education.
• Should meet all criteria as set out in the “Fit and Proper Criteria” of the State Bank of Pakistan.

• Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, a qualified Chartered Accountant or any other equivalent degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. In addition, CAMS/ CFCS/ CCEP/CGSS or other certifications relevant to Compliance will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in the field of Compliance and Audit/ Operations/ Risk/ Internal Controls in a commercial bank with at least 05 years of Compliance experience at senior level. Candidates who are currently heading the overall Compliance Function in a Bank are exempted from the above mentioned senior level experience criteria.

• Establish mechanisms for ensuring that all banking activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard internal control.
• Serve as Bank’s representative to the regulators with respect to Bank’s compliance.
• Ensure that AML/ KYC/ CDD/ EDD/ CFT and all Credit, Business and Operations policies and strong internal control systems are in place.
• Develop strategy and set direction for compliance function by formulating policies & guidelines that assist the bank in effective management of compliance risk.
• Development and implementation of adequate compliance risk mitigation tools such as Compliance risk framework and periodically reviewing the adequacy of the risk mitigation programs/ measures undertaken by the bank.
• Serve as a chairman / member of different committees of the Bank.
• Perform any other responsibility as assigned by the Managing Director/CEO/ BoD.

• Overall responsibility for the management and monitoring of entire Branch Banking Operations (both Conventional and Islamic), Trade Finance & Lending Operations, Treasury Back-Office, Home Remittances, General Services, Procurement and ADC Operations.
• Must have required proficiency in the fields of Information Technology, Cyber Security, Digital Banking and Trade.
• Develop policies, procedures, systems, internal controls relating to operations and services in order to support better services to customers.
• Coordinate with business and IT functions in the process development and reengineering of branchless banking solutions.
• Exercise oversight of the development and implementation of Security policies, strategies, controls, back-up and Business Continuity Plans.
• Propose and implement an effective MIS/ exception reporting framework for reporting to the relevant authorities.
• Serve as a chairman / member of different committees of the Bank.
• Perform any other Operation and support related task assigned by Managing Director/CEO/BoD.

• Minimum education required is Graduation. • Lead and ensure sustainable growth of Deposits and Islamic Banking Business.
• Possess thorough knowledge of Islamic lending products as per sharia guidelines.
• Ensure that the targeted financial metrics on product and business returns are met.
• Supervise limits at portfolio, group and individual counterparty level and ensuring on a pro-active basis that the limits are not breached or counter measures are in place in accordance with the criteria specified in the Credit Policy and Sharia guideline.
• Launch new Islamic products with product programs and improvement in parameters of existing Islamic products.
• Plan annual business target and allocate Islamic Banking business budget to all business functions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that all processes and product guidelines are in line with State Bank of Pakistan and Sharia guidelines.
• Serve as a chairman / member of different committees of the Bank.
• Perform any other responsibility, assigned by the Managing Director / CEO / BoD.

• Minimum education required is Graduation. • Minimum 15 years of working experience in the field of Credit and Risk Management in financial industry with at least 05 years of Risk Management experience at senior level. Candidates who are currently heading the overall Risk Management function in a Bank are exempted from the above mentioned senior level experience criteria.

• Should meet criteria as set out in “Fit and Proper Criteria” of the State Bank of Pakistan.

• Supervise the totality of the Risk Functions in the Bank including Credit as well as all other enterprise wide risks such as market and liquidity risk, operational risk and other legal, financial and reputational risks.
• Develop, facilitate and introduce systems and procedures for risk identification, risk analysis, risk measurement and risk management.
• Formulate and review credit and risk policies and procedures and communicate the same with the approval of BoD where required.
• Serve as a chairman / member of different committees of the Bank.
• Perform any other Risk Management related task assigned by Managing Director/CEO/BoD.
