Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
Location: This position is based in Peshawar.
Eligibility Criteria::
  • Must be a career banker having experience of at least 20 years including minimum of 05 years at a senior level as Executive Vice President and above or equivalent in a Bank/ DFI. He/ She should have adequate knowledge, expertise and skill mix necessary to undertake responsibilities of the position effectively and prudently.
  • Should be between 45 to 62 years of age.
  • Should have minimum qualification of Graduation or equivalent. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics will be preferred. In case of foreign qualification, candidates have to submit an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan at the time of interview to validate that they possess the required education.

Chief Compliance Officer/ Group Head Compliance
Location: This position is based in Head Office Peshawar.
Eligibility Criteria::
  • Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, a qualified Chartered Accountant or any other equivalent degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. In addition, CAMS/ CFCS/ CCEP/CGSS or other certifications relevant to Compliance will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in the field of Compliance and Audit/ Operations/ Risk/ Internal Controls in a commercial bank with at least 05 years of Compliance experience at senior level.   • Launch new Islamic products with product programs and improvement in parameters of existing Islamic products.
  • Plan annual business target and allocate Islamic Banking business budget to all business functions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, a qualified Chartered Accountant or any other equivalent degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. In addition, Membership of Professional Accounting Body / CFA / FRM or certification relevant to Risk Management will be an added qualification.
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in the field of Credit and Risk Management in financial industry with at least 05 years of Risk Management experience at senior level. Candidates who are currently heading the overall Risk Management function in a Bank are exempted from the above mentioned senior level experience criteria.
