Prepare and present regular MIS reports related to hiring status, TAT, cost-per-hire and source effectiveness to Head HR. Ensure preparation of hiring dashboards and analytics for management review and decision making
Qualification:	Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Banking or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University will be preferred.
Minimum Experience:	15 years of overall Commercial Banking experience including 05 years’ experience as Area Manager or above in a Commercial Bank. Islamic banking experience will be an added advantage.

HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY & BUSINESS CONTINUITY Ensure Bank premises meet applicable occupational health and safety requirements, fire-safety standards, building codes, municipal laws and other relevant statutory obligations. ADMINISTRATIVE & CORPORATE SUPPORT Establish clear service-request channels, ownership and escalation timelines to address requests and complaints from internal stakeholders efficiently. ACCOUNTABILITY The Divisional Head is accountable for ensuring that the Bank’s physical infrastructure, real estate, general services and administrative support operate reliably, safely, efficiently and cost-effectively, with appropriate controls, measurable service standards and full adherence to applicable laws, regulatory requirements and the Bank’s internal policies.
Qualification:	Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Administrative or social science or related discipline or equivalent degree from HEC recognized local/foreign university will be preferred.
