Eligibility Criteria:	Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any other related degree from an HEC recognized university or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, an equivalency certificate from HEC is required. Minimum 12 years of progressive banking experience with atleast 05 years in supervisory/leadership role in Customer Care/Service Quality/Operations. Age limit will be governed under Bank's HR Rules.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:	Drive and oversee service quality frameworks across all branches and digital channels. Define,implement and track Key Performance Indicator's (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and complaint resolution effectiveness. Shape and mentor a high performance team focused to service excellence and customer advocacy. Ensure Compliance with SBP regulation and alignment with international service benchmarks. Partners with business leaders to improve, innovate service delivery models and drive a culture of customer excellence across the bank. Provide periodic updates, analysis and strategic insights to MANCOM. Any other related task assigned by the Management.

Location:	Head Office-Peshawar
Remuneration:	Market-based remuneration package will be offered.
