Lead and mentor product teams, sales teams, and credit analysts. Ensure product pricing models aligned with profit-rate mechanisms and Shariah governance. Lead automation & digitization of Islamic consumer finance processes. Define credit approval processes for different segments (Auto, Home, Personal Finance). Ensure timely processing and submission of proposals/ other required reports to the Head Retail Banking. Propose process improvements related to the credit approval and in particular turnaround time of credit decisions. Any other related task assigned by the Management.
