Coordinate Board / HRRC agendas, working papers and presentations in line with governance requirements. Support senior management in organizational restructuring, transformation and change management initiatives.
Qualification:	Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University will be preferred.
Minimum Experience:	10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Organization Development, HR Governance and Compensation & Benefits. Commercial banking experience is strongly preferred, with sound knowledge of Banking Operations, SBP regulations and Corporate Governance. Candidates having strong expertise in HR analytics, Workforce Planning, Compensation Benchmarking and Budgeting, along with Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management and Board-level communication/presentation skills would be highly preferred.
