• Minimum  education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management or any other equivalent related degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. In addition, Procurement related certifications & diplomas will be an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the field of Procurement in any reputable organization preferably in Financial Services Industry with at least 03 years of mid-senior level experience.

• Proven track record in managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, & working with vendors.
• Have strong knowledge and understanding of Public Procurement rules of Pubic Procurement Governmental authorities.
• Must be familiar with technology related procurement & local market vendors
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the procurement process, from requisition to payment.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct market research and analyze vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
• To undertake any other duties, as required by the Bank.

•  Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to candidates having Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in the fields of Information Technology / Computer Sciences from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university. In case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan is required.
• Minimum 15 years of Information Technology and/or Digital Transformation experience in Banking / Financial Services industry with at least 05 years of senior level experience in above mentioned fields. Candidates who are currently heading the overall IT function and/or Digital function in a Bank are exempted from the above mentioned experience criteria.
• PMP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT and other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and digital transformation strategy that aligns with the Bank’s long-term vision, focusing on customer-centric solutions and operational efficiency.
• Continuously assess the evolving digital landscape, identifying emerging technologies, digital trends, and innovations in the banking sector that can enhance the Bank’s competitive edge.
• Drive the integration of advanced technologies to optimize banking processes and improve customer services.
• Lead the development and enhancement of digital banking services, including mobile and online banking platforms, open APIs, digital wallets, and payment solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Ensure the Bank’s digital and IT services comply with regulatory requirements set by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), including cybersecurity regulations, data protection regulations, and other applicable standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS.
• Any other IT & Digital Transformation related task assigned by the Management / Board.

•  Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Public Administration or any other equivalent related degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. In addition, SHRM, SHRM – CP, CHRM, CHRP or any other HR certifications & diplomas will be an advantage.
• Minimum 08 years of working experience in the field of HR / Training & Development in any reputable organization preferably in Financial Services Industry with at least 03 years of mid-senior level experience. 

• Prepare Annual Training Plan & Budget and ensure it is completely rolled out and staff trainings are conducted as per the defined calendar and regulatory requirements.
• Manage training related administrative cost as per the defined budget.
• Provide/facilitate the delivery of executive coaching/delivery of high quality action learning to mid-level and senior level executives across the Bank.
• Ensure development and maintenance/update of training material to the highest standards for internal courses while ensuring it is in line with changes & appropriate to bank’s overall training plan and staff training needs.
• Explore and introduce avenues of E-Learning to promote online and technology enabled learning environment.
• Oversee arrangements for various employee engagement activities/ events etc.
• Develop and propose initiatives for improving bank employee branding.
• To calculate Return on Training Investment (ROTI) in terms of income loss, charity, penalty, audit observations, fraud & forgery etc.
• To develop Training Manuals/ Reading Material of all in-house trainings for better knowledge retention besides readily available on web portal.
• Regular review of training contents and tests with subject matter specialist.

Minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree preferably in relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to qualified accountants from IFAC member accounting bodies.

12 years of Audit experience in a Banking, DFI’s / CA Firm or other reputed organizations.

Minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree preferably in relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having Master’s degree.

03 years of Retail Sales (Liabilities/ Consumer) experience in Banking Industry. Preference will be given to candidates having Managerial/ Supervisory Level/ Islamic Banking experience.

• Minimum education required is Graduation preferably in relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having Master’s degree.
• 12 years of overall banking experience is required with at least 03 years of relevant experience at senior level in Corporate Debt Recovery/ Collection. Preference will be given to candidates having proven track record of recovering large and stuck NPL Portfolios.
• ·Age Limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules.

• Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to the Bank’s financial performance.
• Implementing new strategies and action plans to improve collections and recovery performance.
• Evaluate/ review recovery and collection performance and monitor highly delinquent and aged accounts.

06 years of Consumer Credit Management or Credit Risk Management experience with 02 years of managerial level experience in a commercial bank. Preference will be given to candidates having consumer credit risk management experience in Islamic banking

Minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree preferably in relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having CA-Finalist, CA, ACCA (Qualified), MBA/ BBA (Finance) or any other equivalent related degree in finance.

05 years of Audit experience in a reputable organization / CA Firms. Preference will be given to candidate’s having experience of Credit / Financing Reviews / Trade Finance Activities in commercial banks.
