Head – Procurement Division
Eligibility Criteria: 
  • Minimum  education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management or any other equivalent related degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. In addition, Procurement related certifications & diplomas will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in the field of Procurement in any reputable organization preferably in Financial Services Industry with at least 03 years of mid-senior level experience.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • Proven track record in managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, & working with vendors.
  • Have strong knowledge and understanding of Public Procurement rules of Pubic Procurement Governmental authorities.
  • Must be familiar with technology related procurement & local market vendors
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the procurement process, from requisition to payment.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct market research and analyze vendor performance.

Chief Information & Digital Officer
Eligibility Criteria: 
  •  Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to candidates having Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in the fields of Information Technology / Computer Sciences from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university. In case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan is required.
  • Minimum 15 years of Information Technology and/or Digital Transformation experience in Banking / Financial Services industry with at least 05 years of senior level experience in above mentioned fields. Candidates who are currently heading the overall IT function and/or Digital function in a Bank are exempted from the above mentioned experience criteria.
  • PMP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT and other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and digital transformation strategy that aligns with the Bank’s long-term vision, focusing on customer-centric solutions and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously assess the evolving digital landscape, identifying emerging technologies, digital trends, and innovations in the banking sector that can enhance the Bank’s competitive edge.
  • Drive the integration of advanced technologies to optimize banking processes and improve customer services.

  • Minimum 08 years of working experience in the field of HR / Training & Development in any reputable organization preferably in Financial Services Industry with at least 03 years of mid-senior level experience. 
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Annual Training Plan & Budget and ensure it is completely rolled out and staff trainings are conducted as per the defined calendar and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage training related administrative cost as per the defined budget.
  • Provide/facilitate the delivery of executive coaching/delivery of high quality action learning to mid-level and senior level executives across the Bank.
  • Ensure development and maintenance/update of training material to the highest standards for internal courses while ensuring it is in line with changes & appropriate to bank’s overall training plan and staff training needs.
  • Explore and introduce avenues of E-Learning to promote online and technology enabled learning environment.
  • Oversee arrangements for various employee engagement activities/ events etc.
  • Develop and propose initiatives for improving bank employee branding.
  • To calculate Return on Training Investment (ROTI) in terms of income loss, charity, penalty, audit observations, fraud & forgery etc.

Regional Head – Recovery (Punjab)
Eligibility Criteria:

Head Financial Control Division / Financial Controller.
Eligibility Criteria:  •    Minimum education required is Qualified CA / ACCA / ACMA/ CFA (local or abroad).
•    Minimum 10 years of Audit or Finance experience in a reputable organization with at least 05 years’ experience in accounting & financial reporting and / or management reporting in a Financial institution. Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience as financial controller in a financial institution.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:  •    Head Financial Control Division will keep abreast with the changes in applicable laws, regulations, standards and how they impact the financial statements and financial control function.
•    Will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timelines and completeness of bank’s statutory financial reporting and regulatory reporting.
•    Will ensure monitoring, pre-audit, checking and approval of various expenses as per the approval matrix, laws, policies and budgetary limits.
•    Provide active assistance to the CFO in devising finance function strategies and ensuring ICFR for effective functioning.
•    Initiate and lead various process improvement and automation initiatives of Finance function.
•    Will be responsible for all tasks needed for effective and efficient functioning of financial control.
