• Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to candidates having Master’s degree in economics / business from an HEC recognized university in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan.
• Minimum 15 years of credits experience in Corporate / Commercial / SME / Retail Banking with a focus on credit evaluations and strategy development, trade sales and marketing. Preference will be given to candidates with Islamic Banking experience.
•  Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules

• Lead a team of TLs / RMs for optimum results in the assigned geographic area.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and follow Bank’s internal policies / procedures.

• Responsible to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in Commercial & SME financing.

• Ensure that credit and trade sales activities are conducted in accordance with Shariah standards.

• Understanding of Government and SBP schemes/initiatives to drive SME growth.

• Cultivate robust customer connections, supporting the attainment of business goals and long-term profitability.

• Identify and design area-wise strategies for Commercial & SME financing, ensuring effective oversight of branch-level operations and business targets.

• Any other related task assigned by the Management.

05 years of Audit / Finance experience in a reputable organization. Preference will be given to candidates having taxation experience in a financial institution / audit firm

10 years of experience in a reputable organization. Preference to candidates who have managerial-level banking experience in a similar role, especially those with expertise in Core Banking Systems (CBS), specifically Temenos Transact and Digital Banking exposure.

05 years of Audit / Finance / Compliance experience in a reputable organization / CA Firms. Preference will be given to candidate’s having experience of Credit / Financing Reviews / Trade Finance Activities in commercial banks.

Minimum education required is Bachler’s/ Master’s degree in Law from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University. Preference may be given to candidates having relevant certifications.

05 years of practicing experience as lawyer with a valid license of District Bar or High Court.

Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Banking or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University will be preferred.

05 years of relevant experience in a Bank or any reputable organization in a similar role.

Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Banking or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University will be preferred.

03 years of Retail Sales (Liabilities/ Consumer) experience in Banking Industry. Preference will be given to candidates having Branch Manager experience in Islamic Banking.

Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Banking or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University will be preferred.

10 Years of Overall Banking experience. Preference will be given to individuals currently serving as Unit Heads or in equivalent supervisory roles, with hands-on experience in developing cash management modules

Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Banking or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University will be preferred.

10 Years of overall remittances experience in Banking. Preference will be given to individuals currently serving as Unit Heads or in equivalent supervisory roles, with hands-on experience in home remittances.

Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Banking or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University will be preferred.

03 Years of experience in Financial Services Industry. Preference will be given to candidates having home remittances experience

05-07 Years of experience in Financial Services Industry with at least 03 years in Cash Management, Transaction Banking or Corporate Banking.

05 years Chargeback & settlement of international payment schemes transactions (Disputes / Claims) experience in financial services industry.

05 years of Support in Disputed Transaction Handling (i.e SDRS, OTC & Bulk Transaction on 1-Link plat forms portals) experience in financial services industry.

Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Banking or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University will be preferred.

03 years of Banking experience including 01 year of CAD/Credits experience.

Minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree preferably in relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having Master’s degree.

01 year of Sales / Marketing experience in a Financial Industry. Preference will be given to candidates having Islamic Banking experience.

02 years of Operations Manager experience in a Commercial bank.
