WHISTLE BLOWING POLICY:

The Bank of Khyber has developed a Whistle Blowing Policy for their employees that aims at establishing a culture of openness and accountability along with maintaining high ethical standards in all its practices on the basis of an effective whistle blowing arrangement in the Bank.

However, to assist the external party / whistle blower including customer, vendor, supplier, contractor, service provider, shareholder, or general public etc.; this platform is provided. Here individuals may openly report acts including but not limited to frauds, misrepresentations, forgery, theft, embezzlement or misappropriation, corruption, dishonesty, collusive practices at Branches/Offices of Bank of Khyber.

Utmost confidentiality of the name of the whistleblower shall be ensured and his/her name will not be disclosed to any one, without prior permission from whistleblower, except the BoD and Audit Committee of the Board.

REPORTING CHANNELS FOR WHISTLE BLOWING COMPLAINT:

The individual / whilst blower should raise his/her concern using any of the following reporting channels of whistle blowing.
