| Eligibility Criteria: |
- Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to candidates having Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in the fields of Information Technology / Computer Sciences from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university. In case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan is required.
- Minimum 15 years of Information Technology and/or Digital Transformation experience in Banking / Financial Services industry with at least 05 years of senior level experience in above mentioned fields. Candidates who are currently heading the overall IT function and/or Digital function in a Bank are exempted from the above mentioned experience criteria.
- PMP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT and other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

| Main Duties/ Responsibilities: |
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and digital transformation strategy that aligns with the Bank’s long-term vision, focusing on customer-centric solutions and operational efficiency.
- Continuously assess the evolving digital landscape, identifying emerging technologies, digital trends, and innovations in the banking sector that can enhance the Bank’s competitive edge.
- Drive the integration of advanced technologies to optimize banking processes and improve customer services.
- Lead the development and enhancement of digital banking services, including mobile and online banking platforms, open APIs, digital wallets, and payment solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Ensure the Bank’s digital and IT services comply with regulatory requirements set by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), including cybersecurity regulations, data protection regulations, and other applicable standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS.
- Any other IT & Digital Transformation related task assigned by the Management / Board.
