| Eligibility Criteria: |
- Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university will be preferred.
- Minimum 08 years of Banking / DFIs / Financial Industry experience is required. Candidates with exposure in corporate / Investment Banking at Regional Heads or equivalent supervisory roles will be preferred.
- Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules.

| Main Duties/ Responsibilities: |
- High level of relationship management and interpersonal skills in credit marketing, management, and service delivery. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Ability to demonstrate, manage and optimize portfolio risk.
- Review and finalization of credit proposals of respective region and recommending viable credit approvals.
- Reviewing regional credit portfolios on an on-going basis and take timely measures to improve the quality of the portfolio.
- Conducting visits of projects/ business places of the existing and potential borrowers.
- Coordinate with Head office in transcribing the corporate banking strategy of the Bank into practical business plan and ensure that strategy/ business plans are followed.
- Continuous follow up in achievement of targets and channelizing marketing efforts related to assets portfolio.
- Any other related task assigned by the Management.
