Bank of Khyber offers Supply Chain Financing to help all eligible entrepreneurs manage their cash flow for smooth business operations of purchasing inventory stock. This financing solution enables both suppliers and buyers/dealers to meet their working capital needs efficiently, helping them fulfil orders on time and maintain uninterrupted business activity.
BOK offers two main types of Supply Chain Finance:
Supplier Financing under SCF:
The Supplier Finance Facility is a short-term financing solution designed for suppliers of large corporate or commercial entities. It helps them manage their working capital by providing funding against verified purchase orders. The facility supports a steady flow of goods through the supply chain by reducing cash-flow pressure on suppliers (SMEs) and corporate/commercial entities.
Dealer/Distributor Financing under SCF:
The Distributor Finance Facility provides short-term funding to dealers/distributors of large corporate/commercial entities helping them purchase inventory and maintain adequate stock levels. This ensures smooth sales operations, and a steady flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
Key features:
- Supports smooth supply chain operations by ensuring timely procurement, steady inventory flow, and uninterrupted business activity.
- Simple documentation and quick processing to support timely business needs
- Minimum Exposure of Rs. 4M per party
- Maximum Exposure of Rs. 10M per party
- Financing tenure of up to 120 days or as per the Asset Conversion Cycle whichever is lower
- Minimum: Respective KIBOR + 2%
- Renewal of limit for each customer will done annually subject to satisfactory account conduct
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 21-65 years
- Authorized Suppliers and Distributors of a Corporate/Commercial Entity (Anchor)
- Recommendation letter from a Corporate/Commercial Entity
- At least three years of business relation with partner Corporate/Commercial Entity
- At least three years of experience in the same business
- Clean eCIB record
Security:
- Personal Guarantee of Directors/Partners/Proprietors/Successors duly verified by their PNWS.
- Post Dated Cheques covering the entire principal amount plus profit for the entire year
- Hypothecation charge over stocks & receivables
- Stop Supply Agreement between BOK & Corporate/Commercial entity in case of Distributor Finance.
