| Eligibility Criteria: |

Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other equivalent related degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of a relevant foreign qualification, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan.

Minimum 15 to 20 years of working overall experience, with at least 03 years of experience in Digital Banking and Digital Transformation at a leadership role. Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in the financial industry.

Should meet eligibility criteria as set out in “Fit and Proper Test (FPT) Criteria” of State Bank of Pakistan

| Main Duties / Responsibilities: |

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the Bank’s long-term vision, focusing on customer-centric solutions and operational efficiency.

Continuously assess the evolving digital landscape, identifying emerging technologies, digital trends, and innovations in the banking sector that can enhance the Bank’s competitive edge.

Lead the development and enhancement of digital banking services, including mobile and online banking platforms, open APIs, digital wallets, and payment solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Any other Digital Banking related task assigned by the Managing Director / CEO / BITC / BoD
