Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:	Recruitment & Selection Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews and offer management. Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires, particularly for senior and critical roles. Oversees the utilization of various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, headhunting, and internal referrals. Employer Branding & Stakeholder Management Lead company-wide employer branding initiatives across social media, job boards, career fairs, and university networks. Policy, Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to HR policies, recruitment SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Ensure compliance with audit observations, SBP guidelines and internal control standards. Reporting, MIS & Data Analytics Responsible for maintaining an accurate and updated recruitment database and talent pool. Prepare and present regular MIS reports related to hiring status, TAT, cost-per-hire and source effectiveness to Head HR. Ensure preparation of hiring dashboards and analytics for management review and decision making
Qualification:	Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized university or a reputable foreign university will be preferred.
Minimum Experience:	05 years of experience in Human Resource Management, including 02 years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience in a Commercial Bank.
Grade	Up-to VP-I
