Business Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for Institutional Sales and Employee Banking to achieve Business targets.
• Drive acquisition of new Institutional clients for Payroll, Salary Disbursement and Corporate Employee Banking propositions.

Product Development & Cross-Sell

• Work closely with Product, Branch Banking and Consumer Assets teams to design customized Employee Banking propositions.
• Ensure deep cross-sell of all retail banking products within the acquired institutional base.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with all the C-level executives of target institutions.
• Lead the team to create a robust pipeline of institutions from Public Sector, Private Sector, and MNCs.

15 years of Commercial Banking experience with at least 05 years in a Senior / Leadership relevant role. Islamic Banking experience will be an added advantage.
