08 years of overall Banking / F.I experience including 03 years’ experience in a supervisory role. Preference will be given to candidates serving as Area Manager or at a similar role. Islamic banking experience will be an added advantage.

10 years of Credits experience in Corporate / Commercial / SME / Retail Banking / F.I with a focus on Credit Evaluations and Strategy Development, Trade Sales and Marketing in a Commercial Bank. Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in Islamic Banking.

• Lead automation & digitization of Islamic consumer finance processes.

• Define credit approval processes for different segments (Auto, Home, Personal Finance).

• Ensure timely processing and submission of proposals/ other required reports to the Head Retail Banking.

• Propose process improvements related to the credit approval and in particular turnaround time of credit decisions.
