Eligibility Criteria: |
- Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Public Administration or any other equivalent related degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. In addition, SHRM, SHRM – CP, CHRM, CHRP or any other HR certifications & diplomas will be an advantage.
- Minimum 08 years of working experience in the field of HR / Training & Development in any reputable organization preferably in Financial Services Industry with at least 03 years of mid-senior level experience.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities: |
- Prepare Annual Training Plan & Budget and ensure it is completely rolled out and staff trainings are conducted as per the defined calendar and regulatory requirements.
- Manage training related administrative cost as per the defined budget.
- Provide/facilitate the delivery of executive coaching/delivery of high quality action learning to mid-level and senior level executives across the Bank.
- Ensure development and maintenance/update of training material to the highest standards for internal courses while ensuring it is in line with changes & appropriate to bank’s overall training plan and staff training needs.
- Explore and introduce avenues of E-Learning to promote online and technology enabled learning environment.
- Oversee arrangements for various employee engagement activities/ events etc.
- Develop and propose initiatives for improving bank employee branding.
- To calculate Return on Training Investment (ROTI) in terms of income loss, charity, penalty, audit observations, fraud & forgery etc.
- To develop Training Manuals/ Reading Material of all in-house trainings for better knowledge retention besides readily available on web portal.
- Regular review of training contents and tests with subject matter specialist.
