Eligibility Criteria:  •       Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to master’s degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan is required.
•     Minimum 10 years of experience of Financial Services Industry in Corporate Banking/ Retail Banking/ Cash Management/ Structured Trade Finance/ Home Remittances Business. Candidates with Islamic banking experience will be preferred.
•     Candidates who are currently heading the overall Transaction Banking function in a Financial Institution are exempted from the above-mentioned experience criteria.
•     Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities: •      Build & grow Cash Management/ Structured Trade Finance and Home Remittance business for the bank on pan Pakistan basis.
•      Attract & retain a strong team of professional resources to enhance product offering.
•      Fully accountable for the performance of Transaction Banking & remittances business.
•     Drive revenue growth, new product offerings, cross-sell products & increase deposit float.
Any other Transaction Banking related task assigned by the Management. 
Location:  This position is based in Head Office Peshawar.
Remuneration: Market-based remuneration package will be offered.
