Business Development

• Lead and drive sales, business development, and profitability for the assigned area by achieving deposit, asset and cross-sell targets in line with the Bank’s strategic goals.
• Ensure that the budgeted financial metrics on product, business line revenue & profitability are met.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Develop marketing and sales force i.e. BDOs, RMs, BMs and allocation/ monitoring of the business targets.
• Responsible for building a high-performance sales culture and staff motivation.

Customer Relationship & Service Excellence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and key corporate clients of the area.
• Ensure superior customer service delivery across all branches in the area.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Reporting, MIS & Data Analytics

• Responsible for maintaining an accurate and updated recruitment database and talent pool.
• Prepare and present regular MIS reports related to hiring status, TAT, cost-per-hire and source effectiveness to Head HR.
• Ensure preparation of hiring dashboards and analytics for management review and decision making

15 years of overall Commercial Banking experience including 05 years’ experience as Area Manager or above in a Commercial Bank. Islamic banking experience will be an added advantage.
