08 years of overall Banking / F.I experience including 03 years’ experience in a supervisory role. Preference will be given to candidates serving as Area Manager or at a similar role. Islamic banking experience will be an added advantage.

03 years of Retail Sales (Liabilities/ Consumer) experience in a Commercial Bank. Preference will be given to candidates having Branch Manager experience in Islamic Banking.

04 years of relevant experience in Basel & IFRS-9 Implementation & Reporting/Risk Management functions of a Financial Institution.

01 year of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates having hands on experience in 24/7 Transaction Monitoring on any leading Transaction Monitoring Solutions used for Fraud Monitoring, Detection & Prevention, FTDH & it’s Initial Investigation.

02 years of Secretarial / Client Relationship / Office Administration experience in a reputable organization

04 years’ experience in IT, with at least 02 years in IS/IT governance, IT compliance, or IT risk/ IT audit management in reputable organization and banking or financial industry preferred. Candidates who have ITIL v4, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor/GRC, CISA or any other IT related certifications will be preferred.

02 years Trade Finance experience in a Bank.

02 years Trade Finance/ Remittances experience in a Bank.

02 years of Trade / SBP Reporting / SBP Refinance / Lending Operations experience in a bank.

01 year of branch banking experience in a bank.

• Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other equivalent related degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of a relevant foreign qualification, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan.

• Minimum 15 to 20 years of working overall experience, with at least 03 years of experience in Digital Banking and Digital Transformation at a leadership role. Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in the financial industry.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the Bank’s long-term vision, focusing on customer-centric solutions and operational efficiency.

• Continuously assess the evolving digital landscape, identifying emerging technologies, digital trends, and innovations in the banking sector that can enhance the Bank’s competitive edge.

• Lead the development and enhancement of digital banking services, including mobile and online banking platforms, open APIs, digital wallets, and payment solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences.

• Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, a qualified Chartered Accountant or any other equivalent degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. In addition, Membership of Professional Accounting Body / CFA / FRM or certification relevant to Risk Management will be an added qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in the field of Credit and Risk Management in financial industry with at least 05 years of Risk Management experience at senior level. Candidates who are currently heading the overall Risk Management function in a Bank are exempted from the above mentioned senior level experience criteria.
• Should meet criteria as set out in “Fit and Proper Test” of State Bank of Pakistan.

• To supervise the totality of the Risk Functions in the Bank including Credit as well as all other enterprise wide risks such as market and liquidity risk, operational risk and other legal, financial and reputational risks.
• To develop, facilitate and introduce systems and procedures for risk identification, risk analysis, risk measurement and risk management.
• To formulate and review credit and risk policies and procedures and communicate the same with the approval of BOD where required.
