• The main menu will appear with a list of services that we offer:

1. Balance Inquiry
2. Mini Statement
3. Card Management
4. IBAN Generator
5. Products & Services
6. Account Maintenance Certificate
7. WHT Certificate

• Select a service of your choice by typing the option number from the list
• For example, check your balance by typing “1”
• First time users will need to enter the last four digits of their CNIC to register.
• Enter the OTP you receive on your mobile number to proceed.
• Type "M" at any time to go back to the main menu
