• · Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree holders from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Consumer Banking/ Retail Banking. Candidates with proven track record in product development in Islamic Banking will have an added advantage.

• Experience in Shariah Compliant Banking will be a highly desired competency.

• Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules.

• Develop and execute a sales growth strategy to meet targets.

• Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah governance & compliance frameworks.

• Lead and mentor product teams, sales teams, and credit analysts.

• Ensure product pricing models aligned with profit-rate mechanisms and Shariah governance.

• Lead automation & digitization of Islamic consumer finance processes.

• Define credit approval processes for different segments (Auto, Home, Personal Finance).

• Ensure timely processing and submission of proposals/ other required reports to the Head Retail Banking.

• Propose process improvements related to the credit approval and in particular turnaround time of credit decisions.

• Any other related task assigned by the Management.
