Mr. Shaban Butt is a seasoned Human Capital professional with over 27 years of diverse international and cross-industry experience, including extensive leadership roles in the banking sector. His expertise encompasses HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Performance & Rewards, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, HR Transformation, HR Operations and Change Management.

Prior to joining the Bank, he served as Executive Vice President - Talent Acquisition at The Bank of Punjab, where he led enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives, supported organizational growth and capability development and contributed to strengthening employee experience and HR processes.

His earlier banking experience includes serving as Group Head, Human Resource at KASB Bank, Group Head, Human Resources HR Strategic Planning & Operations at Allied Bank, Senior Vice President - HR Operations & HR Planning at United Bank and Senior Vice President - HR Recruitment, Training & Rewards at Union Bank. His career also includes significant international experience with The Coca-Cola Company in UAE & Oman, where he served as Director - Human Resource, Administration and Call Centre.

Mr. Shaban Butt holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Karachi and PGD courses in Mercantile & Criminal Law and has undertaken various professional development programs in leadership, transformational management, total quality management, job evaluation, coaching and ERP.
