Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:	Lead Organization Development, HR governance and policy frameworks in alignment with SBP regulations and applicable laws. Drive organizational structuring, workforce planning, workload assessment and staffing norms. Lead salary surveys, market benchmarking, compensation analysis and pay structure reviews. Develop and oversee executive scorecards, KPIs and performance management frameworks. Lead succession planning and critical talent pipelines for key leadership positions. Manage PMS, appraisal, promotion and merit-based salary review cycles. · Lead HR budgeting, workforce cost analysis and resource planning. Coordinate Board / HRRC agendas, working papers and presentations in line with governance requirements. Support senior management in organizational restructuring, transformation and change management initiatives.
Qualification:	Minimum education required is Graduation. A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University will be preferred.
Minimum Experience:	10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Organization Development, HR Governance and Compensation & Benefits. Commercial banking experience is strongly preferred, with sound knowledge of Banking Operations, SBP regulations and Corporate Governance. Candidates having strong expertise in HR analytics, Workforce Planning, Compensation Benchmarking and Budgeting, along with Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management and Board-level communication/presentation skills would be highly preferred.
